After working as a music director on his first show at the age of 16, Will has always had a love for conducting and directing musical theatre. As a music director, Will has worked with many local theatre groups, schools, and youth groups and has now begun his career in professional theatre, including work for Jordan Productions and Paul Holman Associates.

As a highly trained pianist, Will is well accomplished at conducting both from the baton, and from the keyboard. He has exceptional skills in keyboard programming as well as creating and performing to click tracks.

With such a passion for conducting, Will has had the pleasure of directing many ensembles through-out his career in many established venues including Turner Sims Concert Hall, St George's Bristol, Colston Hall, and Bath Assembly Rooms. Ranging from full orchestra's, to wind quartets, to big bands, Will has plenty of experience across all genres, periods, and styles.
